1 pkg. (12.84 oz.) Mrs. T’s Potato & Cheddar Cheese Mini Pierogies
1 large tomato (chopped)
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 (10 oz.) bagged fresh veggie blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
Pepper to taste

Directions: Thaw pierogies in hot tap water 5 minutes. Toss thawed pierogies with Italian dressing. Mix in vegetables. Season with pepper. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

½ cup sliced zucchini
½ cup sliced red or green peppers
½ cup sliced onions
½ cup olive oil
Pepper to taste

Directions: In butter or olive oil, sauté pierogies according to package directions. Add remaining ingredients; cook until vegetables are tender-crisp (about 10 minutes).

1 pkg. (16 oz.) Mrs. T’s Potato & Cheddar Cheese Pierogies
¼ tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 (10 oz.) bagged fresh veggie blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

Directions: Toss frozen pierogies and vegetable mix with olive oil and minced garlic. Wrap in aluminum foil pouch and place on an outdoor grill on medium heat until fully cooked (15-20 minutes).
