Ingredients:
1 pkg. (12.84 oz.) Mrs. T's Potato & Cheddar Cheese Mini Pierogies
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 (10 oz.) bagged fresh veggie blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 large tomato (chopped)
¼ cup diced ham
¼ cup diced onions
¼ cup black olives
¼ cup diced pepperoni or salami
½ cup shredded or diced cheddar cheese
Pepper to taste

Directions: Thaw pierogies in hot tap water 5 minutes. Toss thawed pierogies with Italian dressing. Mix with remaining ingredients, except cheese. Season with pepper. Top with shredded cheese. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Mrs. T's Potato & Cheddar Cheese Pierogies
2 tbsp. butter
2 cups cooked frozen baby shrimp
¼ cup olive oil
1-2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ cup green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. parsley

Directions: Sauté pierogies according to package using 2 tbsp. of butter and keep warm. Meanwhile, in a medium sauce pan, sauté onion, garlic and shrimp in ¼ cup olive oil. Cook until fragrant (1 minute). Add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.

1 pkg. (16 oz.) Mrs. T's Potato & Cheddar Cheese Pierogies
½ cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup cooked beef tips
½ cup diced onions
½ cup diced red bell pepper
½ tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. ground pepper
¼ cup olive oil

Directions: Grill beef tips for flavor. Toss frozen pierogies, mushrooms, onions, red bell peppers and beef tips with olive oil, ground pepper and minced garlic. Wrap in aluminum foil pouch and place on outdoor grill on medium heat until fully cooked (15-20 minutes).
